Precision of language matter Interpreting

In the international world of business, law and diplomacy, precision of language is of paramount importance. Interpreting is more than just translating sentences; it involves ensuring smooth communication, understanding cultural nuances and building relationships free from language barriers.

We provide professional language support tailored to the nature of your event.

We offer:

Simultaneous interpreting (booth interpreting)

The most advanced form of interpreting, which takes place in real time.

The interpreter translates the speaker’s remarks as they speak, and participants hear the translation almost at the same moment the words are spoken. This ensures the event runs smoothly, without breaks for translation, which is crucial at large international conferences, congresses and galas. It is the ideal solution for events where time, professionalism and the comfort of participants speaking different languages are paramount.

The interpreters work in soundproof booths, listening to the speaker through headphones. Conference participants use wireless receivers with headphones, selecting the appropriate language channel. Due to the immense intellectual effort involved, interpreters work in pairs, taking turns every 20–30 minutes to maintain the highest precision in the interpretation.

Consecutive interpreting

The interpreter sits next to the speaker and begins interpreting when the speaker pauses (usually after a few sentences). This requires the interpreter to have an excellent memory and the ability to take quick notes. This type of interpreting is ideal for business negotiations, training sessions or official speeches.

Escort and whispered interpreting

This is a less formal but highly effective form of support.

The interpreter accompanies the client during visits to government offices, trade fairs or when touring production facilities. In the ‘whispered’ version, the interpreter translates the content directly into the ear of one or two people in a hushed voice.

This type of interpreting is ideal for business trips, study visits or private official meetings.

Sworn translations at notary offices

Visits to a notary involving foreign nationals require the presence of a sworn translator registered with the Ministry of Justice.

The interpreter not only translates the content of the documents, but also guarantees the full legal validity of the translation with their seal and signature.
